At GPS we believe that the before results can accumulate, first there is a need for consistency. Consistency does not sound as sexy as results but make no mistake it is the prerequisite. With all our services we have this in mind. We provide training and teaching to fuel the applied learning cycle. Alongside this we provide coaching, mentoring and guidance that has a focus on shifting mindset. Mindset is the engine for greater consistency.

Our Services include:

Leadership Capacity Building - Help for you and your leaders to be able to better influence their teams. This service helps to empower leadership to get even more from their team while doing so in a conscious, inclusive and equitable way.

Team Capacity Building - Help your team to be able to better influence their day to day. This service helps empower your team to make better, more informed choices and improves communication between team and leadership.

Culture Diagnostic & Change - Sometimes an outside eye and look at the culture can help identify areas to transform. While most set out with the best intentions, it is not always so straight forward to implement. This service looks at the team and organizational culture to identify what needs to be done to foster greater performance, inclusivity, accountability and creativity.

High Performance Coaching - This service is a 12 week program aimed at developing and empowering individuals to reach for their purpose. The coaching is designed to help take performance at home, at work and in life to a new level.

At GPS we believe the ability to externally influence is the lifeblood of every business. The ability to attract and retain customers will determine the ability for growth, ability to attract investment and the ability to plan for the future. We know that revenue and sales cannot be controlled so our focus is on the inputs and customer experience/journey. We find by focusing on what can be controlled and influenced we can help you find consistency in revenue and sales.

We work with you to design a customer journey from first contact to final interaction.

Customer Services Training and embedding - Customer Service is about holding all your teams accountable for customer retention through meeting the clients’ needs. We work with your teams to ensure whatever team they are in, their primary aim is to be part of a first class service for clients and stakeholders.

Market/Customer Research - We help our clients dig deeper into their market and their customers. We also work with new/idea stage businesses looking to move into new markets.
